Aviation Cocktail with Meyer Lemon, Persian Lime & Violet
The "Aviation" is another cocktail that maintains so much popularity. Made with Gin instead of Vodka. You could always use Vodka as well if you'd like.
Ingredients: Freeze- Dried Whole Fruit Meyer Lemon Powder, Culinary Grade Organic Violet Powder, Organic Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Citric Acid.
Suggested Spirits: Gin

How to Use: This is the easy part, and you are just a simple couple steps away from a delicious Martini!
STEP 1: Pour the contents of the Aviation packet into a cocktail shaker ice (3 or 4 cubes will do). Add 2oz of water and 1.5oz of your fave Gin. Shake very well for about 20 seconds.
STEP 2: Strain into a cocktail glass (such as a martini or coupe).
Can also be made with no alcohol try using sparkling water or juice.
Now just sit back and enjoy! Yes, its that easy.
NOTE: It is important to remember we use real freeze dried fruit in our formulations. So you may see some sediment at the bottom of your glass. That is just the Real Fruit that did not completely dissolve. So just enjoy the realness!
STORING: Store your Single Serve Cocktails in a dry play out of direct sunlight.
