Eligible In store purchases can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return the product must:
- Be in its original packaging.
- Have been purchased within the last 7 days.
- Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligible Online purchases must be requested in writing or returned to the store within 7 days to be eligible for a return.
Please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return prior to returning your package. We will need to issue a return approval prior to you shipping the package back to us. We will give you specific instructions by email for the return once approved. Please send the product back in the original packaging and include the return approval slip.

Damages, shortages or any defects must be reported in writing. If there is an unfortunate circumstance of your order arriving damaged or does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your goods.

Refunds are issued in the original payment form minus original shipping and handling and return shipping charges. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
If for any reason you need to return an item that included free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus our standard shipping cost.
